17th at Kit Carson Middle

TOURNAMENT
RULES: All
Preliminary and Semi-Final Games will be 25 minute
halves. The Finals will be full time.
On Friday, all schools must bring a
team roster with the names of the 18 players playing in
the tournament along with player numbers and coaches
names. These will be the only people allowed in
the "teams" area.
Penalties will only be
used to determine a winner in the semi-finals and
finals.
Tiebreaker procedures to
determine group winners in case of a tie will be the
same as during the regular season. |
TOURNAMENT
SITE: All
Friday and Saturday games will be held at Kit Carson
Middle School.
Everyone must enter
through the East gate not through the gate located on
Rodeo Drive.
All players will sit
together between Fields 1 and 2 and on the west side of
Field 3. Spectators will sit on the East side of
Field 1 and between Fields 2 and 3 where the bleachers
are located.

| STANDING
RULES:
Each game consists of two 30
minute halves. A five minute break for halftime is
provided.
Substitutions may be made at ANY stoppage of the game
with REFEREE APPROVAL.
Team
consists of 18 players maximum. There is no age limit;
however players cannot be beyond the 8th
grade. TEAM ROSTERS WILL NOT
BE COLLECTED BY THE LEAGUE; HOWEVER ROSTERS WILL BE
EXCHANGED BETWEEN TEAMS PRIOR TO EACH GAME. A ROSTER
SHOULD ALSO BE GIVEN TO THE REFEREE.
LEAGUE OFFICIALS
will make any determination of games being cancelled due
to weather. If for any reason you need to reschedule a
game the opposing team must agree to a reschedule.
Please do your best to reschedule games if a team gives
you at least 48 HOURS NOTICE.
HOME COACHES are responsible for the
playing condition of the field; game ball, and
rescheduling the game if
UNPLAYABLE.
The
league plays according to SYSL rules for Under 14
players. Three points will be awarded for a win one
point for a tie and zero for a loss. In case of tie in
standings at end of season 1) head to head 2) goal
differential up to 5 goals differential per game 3)
goals for up to 5 goals per game 4) goals against 5)
coin toss. |
